KNIFE CARE
to keep your knife looking it's best, follow these tips...
Always handwash your knife--do not put knife in the dishwasher.
Dry knife thoroughly immediately after washing.
Never leave knife submerged in water, as this could cause the handle to swell/warp and/or the blade to rust.
Regularly apply mineral oil or blade oil of your choice to the blade & handle (if handle is made of natural wood). Make sure oil is labeled "food grade" if knife will be used for food prep.
Pro Tip: for minor rust or discoloration, you can clean your blade with a Magic Eraser.
If any issues develop with your knife, whether on the blade or handle, don't hesitate to reach out. I'd be happy to take a look at it, make further recommendations, and help correct the issue.
